EMBROIDERY |
Embroidery is by far the most durable and striking method of branding your clothing. We use new, top of the range, market leading, 15 colour Embroidery machines from Tajima and the best threads from Madeira, to ensure a top quality finish. We have the capacity for any sized order. Embroidery is charged per count of stitches & design setup costs starting at $30, so to offer an accurate assessment on price we would need to see a clear image of your artwork first. |

SCREEN PRINTING |
We can screen print any quantity from 1 to 200,000, between 1 and 6 colours. We can provide virtually every type of ink and application known to the industry including foil application, discharge inks, glitters, hi-build and puff inks, diamante application and leather effects and varnishes. All deadline dates covered along with competitive pricing. |

VINYL TRANSFER PRINTING |
We offer a full range of digital transfers, up to A4 size. We can provide full colour transfers of photographic quality that can be applied to light and dark coloured garments. High resolution artwork is needed for this service to achieve the best effect. Artwork can be redrawn/vectored at a cost. We have a huge range of coloured vinyls, including foil, holographic, glitter and camouflage. |

DIRECT TO GARMENT DIGITAL PRINTING |
DTG printing is whereby the image is directly digitally printed on to the garment fabric. Much like how your average ink jet printer print on to paper. With the DTG process, we can print full colour images minus all the setups (compared to traditional screen printing) making it a quicker process for smaller runs. This type of process is really great for one off events, small quantity orders with tight budgets etc. |

EPAULETTES |
| Epaulettes are a distinguishing part of uniforms throughout Australia and are worn with pride in organisations such as law enforcement, corrections facilities, security providers, ambulance service, fire departments, taxi companies, airlines, and many more! Epaulettes can communicate messages such as the company logo, the word "security", or the individual's rank or standing within the organisation. |

DIGITISING & VECTORING |
The process of Digitising is to convert your design into a format that can be read by our Embroidery machines. It is essential that this part of the process is done to a high standard as it will determine the quality of the finished product.
Vector art is ideal for printing as the image is made from a series of mathematical curves, it will print very crisply even when resized. For instance, we can print a vectored image on a small sheet of paper, then enlarge the same vectored image to billboard size and it keeps the same sharp quality. It is necessary if you decide on vinyl printing. Costs for this will depend on the complexity of the design. |
